There’s a picture of Tupac on the wall.
That bothers me the most.

Barack’s a black man at a black barbershop. There will not be a picture of Vanilla Ice at a black barbershop.

^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

‘Fuck you mean “That bothers me most”? What kind of shit…?‘Pac was one the MOST intelligent people to ever grace this earth PERIOD. I bet if you put one of his quotes on a  picture of Marilyn Monroe or Audrey Hepburn you Ritzs would go crazy. Y’all would wanna nominate them for sainthood and shit.
But you know what? I don’t expect an Anglo-Saxon to know either his intelligence his depth. They’ve never seen an interview, watched a documentary, or read his book. They only image/idea they have of him is the ‘THUG LIFE’ shit they see at Hot Topic and Spencers.  They can keep that shit.
AND THAT is Reason #2258 as to why I only have one white friend.

read that mothafucka to filth!

Y’all see why I gotta tell white folks to turn their Manifest Destiny down? Cuz they say dumb shit like this.
REAL TALK: In addition to Tupac, there’s a 98% chance that there’s a picture of President Barack Obama HIMSELF on the wall in that Black barbershop.
So go eat your feelings, Becky.

black men are dangerous. case in point.

I honestly cannot fathom how someone would have a problem with a chalk/pencil art of Tupac on the wall of a barber shop. You can even see in the mirror that there are several other pieces of art lining the walls around the whole place. I’d bet 20 bucks that a relative/friend of someone who works there did those, too. I used to do little commissions like that from time to time back in the day when I worked as a freelance artist.
I still really, really don’t get it. The President should avoid being photographed in rooms which also house drawings of Tupac? Like…what?

reblogging to join the chorus of “if you have a problem with ‘Pac, you have a problem with reality.” also, this is a great photo.

every once in a while, I think it’s important to remember that Tupac did a lip-synch video to one of Will Smith’s songs, accompanied by Will Smith’s future wife.
